धर्मस्य बहुद्वारत्वम् — Nārada’s Audience with Indra (Śānti-parva 340)
वासवि: सुसहायो वै मम त्वेको भविष्यति । युधिष्िरं स्थापयिष्ये स्वराज्ये भ्रातृभि: सह,एकमात्र इन्द्रकुमार अर्जुन मेरा सखा एवं सुन्दर सहायक होगा। मैं राजा युधिष्ठिरको उनके भाइयोंसहित पुन: राजपदपर प्रतिष्ठित करूँगा
vāsaviḥ susahāyo vai mama tv eko bhaviṣyati | yudhiṣṭhiraṃ sthāpayiṣye svarājye bhrātṛbhiḥ saha ||
Arjuna, putra Indra, akan menjadi satu-satunya sahabat tepercaya dan penolong yang cakap bagiku. Dengan dukungannya, akan kutegakkan kembali Yudhiṣṭhira—bersama saudara-saudaranya—pada kedaulatan yang menjadi haknya.
(भीष्म उवाच
The verse emphasizes dharmic kingship: rightful sovereignty should be restored and upheld through trustworthy alliances and capable support, so that political order aligns with legitimacy and duty.
Bhīṣma declares that Arjuna (Indra’s son) will be his sole dependable ally, and that with such support he will reinstate Yudhiṣṭhira, along with his brothers, in their rightful rule.
