Nārāyaṇasya Guhya-nāmāni Niruktāni (Etymologies of Nārāyaṇa’s Secret Epithets) /
The Self (jīvātmā) within the body is eternal, imperishable, formless, and a non-agent; liberation is supported by knowledge that distinguishes the Self from bodily actions and changes, fostering detachment and clarity.
Nārada reports a doctrinal statement attributed to Bhagavān Nārāyaṇa, presented as guidance on the means to liberation: recognizing the true nature of the indwelling Self beyond physical form and agency.
