अतोडन्यथा वर्तमानो राजा प्राप्रोति किल्बिषम्
Transliteration
atoḍaṇyathā vartamāno rājā prāpnoti kilbiṣam
Translation
Vyāsa bersabda: Raja yang bertindak menyimpang dari pengendalian diri dan disiplin, memerintah dengan cara yang keliru, niscaya menanggung kilbiṣa—cela dan dosa moral.
