Karma–Vidyā Distinction: Paths of Bondage and Release
दिवि सूर्यस्तथा सप्त दहन्ति शिखिनोडर्चिष: । सर्वमेतत् तदार्चिरभिं: पूर्ण जाज्वल्यते जगत्
divi sūryas tathā sapta dahanti śikhino 'rciṣaḥ | sarvam etat tadārcirabhiḥ pūrṇaṁ jājvalyate jagat |
Vyāsa berkata: Ketika saat peleburan tiba, matahari menyala di angkasa, dan dari bawah bangkit tujuh lidah api yang mulai melahap dunia. Maka seluruh jagat tampak dipenuhi dan diselimuti nyala, berkilau dalam kobaran dahsyat yang mengerikan.
