पा िनलिमी न ता ब्रह्ममूलाक्षयाव्यया । सा नाम धर्मतन्त्रपरायणा
bhāradvāja uvāca | yā sṛṣṭir ādi-deva-brahmaṇo manasa utpannā, yasyā mūlaṃ kevalaṃ brahmā eva, yā cākṣayāvikāriṇī dharma-tantra-parāyaṇā ca, sā mānasī sṛṣṭir iti kathyate |
Bharadvāja berkata: “Ciptaan yang mula-mula timbul dari batin (manas) dewa purba Brahmā—yang akarnya hanya Brahmā sendiri, yang tak binasa, tak berubah, dan sepenuhnya berpaut pada tatanan dharma—itulah yang disebut ciptaan ‘mānasī’ (ciptaan batin).”
भरद्वाज उवाच
The verse defines ‘mānasī sṛṣṭi’ as creation arising from Brahmā’s mind—imperishable and unchanging because it is rooted in the creator’s ordinance—and emphasizes that its defining feature is steadfast alignment with dharma (dharma-tantra-parāyaṇā).
Bharadvāja is explaining a classification of creation, identifying a specific type—mind-born creation—by its origin (Brahmā’s mind), its ultimate source (Brahmā alone), and its ethical orientation (devotion to dharma).
