निर्वेदोपदेशः (Nirveda-Upadeśa) — Maṅki’s Dispassion and the Limits of Wealth-Seeking

प्रादुर्भूतो5स्मि ते मित्र सुहृत्त्वंच मम त्वयि । सो<हं तथा यतिष्यामि भविष्यसि यथार्थवान्‌

prādurbhūto ’smi te mitra suhṛttvaṃ ca mama tvayi | so ’haṃ tathā yatiṣyāmi bhaviṣyasi yathārthavān ||

Bhishma berkata: “Sahabatku, kini aku telah menampakkan diri bagimu, dan niat baikku kepadamu kian bertambah. Karena itu aku akan berusaha sedemikian rupa sehingga engkau sungguh menjadi seorang yang telah mencapai artha—tujuan yang diinginkan.”
