अस्मात् तु संकटान्मुक्त: समित्रगणबान्धव: । सर्वकार्याणि कर्ताहं प्रियाणि च हितानि च,“इस संकटसे मुक्त होनेपर मैं अपने सभी मित्रों और बन्धु-बान्धवोंके साथ तुम्हारे सभी प्रिय एवं हितकर कार्य करता रहूँगा
asmāt tu saṅkaṭān muktaḥ samitragaṇabāndhavaḥ | sarvakāryāṇi kartāhaṃ priyāṇi ca hitāni ca ||
Bhishma berkata: “Setelah aku terbebas dari kesukaran ini, bersama para sahabat dan kaum kerabatku, aku akan melaksanakan semua urusanmu—yang engkau cintai maupun yang sungguh membawa kebaikan.”
