कार्त्तिकेयाभिषेकः — Consecration of Kārttikeya and the Enumeration of His Retinue
सर्वदेवनिकायानां ये राजान: परिश्रुता: । तानू सर्वान् व्यादिदेशास्मै सर्वभूतपितामह:,जो सम्पूर्ण देवसमूहोंके राजारूपमें विख्यात थे, उन सबको सर्वभूतपितामह ब्रह्माने कुमारके अधीन रहनेका आदेश दिया
sarvadevanikāyānāṁ ye rājānaḥ pariśrutāḥ | tānū sarvān vyādideśāsmai sarvabhūtapitāmahaḥ ||
Waiśampāyana berkata: “Mereka yang termasyhur sebagai raja-raja di antara seluruh golongan dewa—semuanya, oleh Brahmā sang Pitāmaha bagi segenap makhluk, diperintahkan untuk berada di bawah wewenang Sang Kumāra.”
