The verse highlights disciplined service and austerity as marks of greatness: even powerful cosmic principles (like breath and resolve) are portrayed as reverently attending Brahmā, suggesting that true stature is expressed through devoted presence and restraint.
Nārada describes a scene around Brahmā where many exalted beings—named deities and personified forces such as Vāyu, Kratu, Saṅkalpa, and Prāṇa—stand nearby as attendants, emphasizing the grandeur of Brahmā’s court and the hierarchy of cosmic order.
