“Lihatlah!
In times of danger, dharma expresses itself as protection and relief of suffering: the ‘best of men’ is praised not for power alone but for the capacity to remove others’ distress. The scene also hints at the gravity of events through Kṛṣṇa’s movement toward a secluded forest meeting, suggesting sober counsel and inward resolve.
A reassurance is given that Arjuna will soon arrive in the city and deliver people from their trouble. After this statement, Kṛṣṇa (Keśava) goes onward and meets Balarāma (Rāma), who is alone in a secluded part of the forest.
