अध्याय ९१ — शैनेयस्य गजानीकभेदनं जलसंधवधश्च
Chapter 91: Sātyaki breaks the elephant array and slays Jalasaṃdha
अन्योन्यमपि चाजघ्नुरात्मानमपि चापरे । पार्थभूतममन्यन्त जगत् कालेन मोहिता:
anyonyam api cājaghnur ātmānam api cāpare | pārthabhūtam amanyanta jagat kālena mohitāḥ ||
Sanjaya berkata: Terbius oleh daya Waktu, mereka saling membunuh; bahkan ada yang membinasakan dirinya sendiri. Dalam kekacauan itu mereka mengira seluruh jagat telah menjadi medan perang, seakan-akan segala yang tampak menjelma Partha.
