Droṇa-parva Adhyāya 29 — Arjuna’s defeat of Vṛṣaka–Acalā and the neutralization of Śakuni’s māyā
देववाक्यात् प्रचिच्छेद शरेण भृशमर्जुन: । छिन्नमात्रें3शुके तस्मिन् रुद्धनेत्रो बभूव सः:
devavākyāt praciccheda śareṇa bhṛśam arjunaḥ | chinnamātreṃśuke tasmin ruddhanetro babhūva saḥ ||
Begitu seruan yang laksana sabda ilahi itu terdengar, Arjuna dengan sangat cepat dan kuat menebasnya dengan sebuah anak panah. Saat panji itu terpenggal, sang lawan seakan tertutup penglihatannya—pandangannya tertahan di hadapan ketegasan Arjuna.
