जघानास्त्रं महाराज घटोत्कचसमीरितम्‌ । महाराज! कर्णने अपने बाणसमूहोंद्वारा सारी दिशाओंको आच्छादित करके घटोत्कचद्वारा चलाये गये अस्त्रोंको काट डाला

Transliteration

sañjaya uvāca | jaghānāstraṃ mahārāja ghaṭotkaca-samīritam |

Translation

Sañjaya berkata: Wahai Raja, Karṇa menghancurkan senjata yang diluncurkan oleh Ghaṭotkaca. Dengan rentetan anak panah yang menutupi segala penjuru, ia menebas habis senjata-senjata yang dilemparkan Ghaṭotkaca.
