अदृश्यत तदा तत्र पुनरुन्मज्जितोडन्यत: । फिर पृथ्वीको फाड़कर वह पानीमें डूब गया और दूसरी जगह पुनः जलसे ऊपर आकर दिखायी देने लगा
adṛśyata tadā tatra punar unmajjito 'nyataḥ |
Sañjaya berkata: Saat itu ia lenyap dari pandangan di sana; lalu, membelah bumi, ia menyelam ke dalam air dan muncul kembali di tempat lain, naik lagi ke atas permukaan.
