विच्छिन्नानि तथा राजन् बलान्यासन् विशाम्पते । प्रजापालक नरेश! जैसे हवा बादलोंको चारों ओर उड़ा देती है, उसी प्रकार अर्जुनने आपकी सेनाओं को छिजन्न-भिन्न कर दिया
vicchinnāni tathā rājan balānyāsan viśāmpate |
Sañjaya berkata: Wahai Raja, pelindung rakyat, pasukanmu pun tercerai-berai dan hancur demikian rupa; sebagaimana angin menghamburkan awan ke segala penjuru, demikianlah Arjuna memecah-belah bala tentaramu.
