नारायणास्त्र-शमनं द्रौणि-प्रहारश्च

विमुखं तु रणे दृष्टवा याज्ञसेनिं महारथम्
vimukhaṃ tu raṇe dṛṣṭvā yājñaseniṃ mahāratham
Sañjaya berkata: Melihat mahāratha Yājñasenī berpaling di medan laga, para penyaksi memahami bahwa ketika tekad terguncang, bahkan keberanian agung pun dapat goyah—sebuah pertanda muram di tengah tekanan dharma dan siasat perang.
