दृष्टवा दुर्योधनो मन्दो भृशं तप्स्यति पातितम् | 'ओ मूढ़! तुझ अपवित्र बुद्धिवाले अत्यन्त घमंडी सहायकको युद्धस्थलमें धराशायी हुआ देखकर मूर्ख दुर्योधनको भी बड़ा पश्चात्ताप होगा
dṛṣṭvā duryodhano mando bhṛśaṃ tapsyati pātitam |
Sanjaya berkata: Melihat sekutunya yang jatuh—penasihat yang bernalar kotor dan sangat pongah—Duryodhana yang tumpul budi pun akan dilanda penyesalan yang amat pedih.
