Sañjaya berkata: Setelah membuat para mahā-ratha pihakmu kacau demikian, Pāṇḍava Arjuna menghunus sebuah anak panah mengerikan, menyala laksana api.

The verse highlights how, in war, a warrior’s skill is not only physical but also psychological—disrupting the enemy’s composure. It also implicitly underscores the ethical gravity of escalating violence: power used to overwhelm others carries serious moral consequence even when exercised within the accepted codes of battle.
Sañjaya reports to Dhṛtarāṣṭra that Arjuna has already unsettled the Kaurava elite chariot-warriors and now draws a fearsome, fire-like arrow, indicating an imminent, intensified strike against them.
