Makara-vyūha and Krauñca-prativyūha at Sunrise (मकरव्यूहः क्रौञ्चप्रतिव्यूहश्च)

शिरसा ते दिवं व्याप्तं बाहुभ्यां पृथिवी तथा । जठटरं ते त्रयो लोका: पुरुषोडईसि सनातन:,“आपके मस्तकसे द्युलोक और भुजाओंसे भूलोक व्याप्त है। तीनों लोक आपके उदरमें स्थित हैं। आप ही सनातन पुरुष हैं। तपस्यासे शुद्ध अन्तःकरण-वाले महात्मा पुरुष आपको ऐसा ही जानते हैं। आत्मसाक्षात्कारसे तृप्त हुए ज्ञानी महर्षियोंकी दृष्टिमें भी आप सबसे श्रेष्ठ हैं

śirasā te divaṁ vyāptaṁ bāhubhyāṁ pṛthivī tathā | jaṭharaṁ te trayo lokāḥ puruṣo 'si sanātanaḥ ||

Dengan kepalamu engkau meliputi alam surga, dan dengan lenganmu bumi. Tiga dunia bersemayam dalam perutmu. Engkaulah Puruṣa yang abadi.
