Daiva–Puruṣakāra Discourse and the Elephant-Corps Engagement (भीमगजानीक-सम्भ्रान्ति)
ततो भीमो महाबाहु: खड्गहस्तो महा भुज: । सम्प्रह्ृष्टो महाघोष॑ शड्खं प्राध्मापयद् बली,तदनन्तर महाबली महाबाहु भीमसेनने खड्ग हाथमें लिये हुए अत्यन्त प्रसन्न हो बड़े जोरसे शंख बजाया
tato bhīmo mahābāhuḥ khaḍgahasto mahābhujaḥ | samprahṛṣṭo mahāghoṣaḥ śaṅkhaṃ prādhmāpayad balī ||
Sañjaya berkata: Kemudian Bhima—berlengan perkasa dan sangat kuat—dengan pedang di tangan, bersorak penuh gairah dan mengaum keras, meniup sangkakala (śaṅkha) dengan segenap tenaga.
