गमिष्यामि स्वकं स्थानमासीद्ू यन्मे पुरातनम् | उदगायन आदित्ये हंसा: सत्यं ब्रवीमि व:
gamiṣyāmi svakaṁ sthānam āsīd yad me purātanam | udagāyane āditye haṁsāḥ satyaṁ bravīmi vaḥ ||
“Hanya ketika Matahari beralih ke uttarāyaṇa (perjalanan ke utara) aku akan berangkat menuju kediamanku sendiri—tempat purba yang telah lama menjadi milikku. Wahai Haṁsa, aku mengatakan ini kepadamu dengan sebenar-benarnya.”
संजय उवाच
