Shloka 29

ये च केचन पार्थानामभियाता धनंजयम्‌ | राजानो भीष्ममासाद्य गतास्ते यमसादनम्‌,उस रणक्षेत्रमें समस्त योद्धा भीष्मके भयसे उद्विग्न हो अर्जुनको पुकारने लगे। पाण्डवपक्षके जो कोई नरेश अर्जुनके साथ गये थे, वे भीष्मके सामने पहुँचते ही यमलोकके पथिक हो गये

ye ca kecana pārthānām abhiyātā dhanañjayam | rājāno bhīṣmam āsādya gatās te yamasādanam ||

Sañjaya berkata: Raja-raja dari pihak Pārtha yang maju mendukung Dhanañjaya (Arjuna), begitu berhadapan dengan Bhīṣma, seketika menuju kediaman Yama. Di medan itu, gentar oleh wibawa Bhīṣma, para kesatria pun memanggil-manggil Arjuna.
