The verse underscores ordered leadership in a righteous cause: Dharmarāja (Yudhiṣṭhira) is named with an epithet of ethical kingship, while the mention of all troops highlights collective responsibility and disciplined unity in the unfolding war narrative.
Sañjaya continues reporting to Dhṛtarāṣṭra, listing key Pāṇḍava figures—Nakula, Sahadeva, and the valiant Dharmarāja—and indicating that the rest of the armies are likewise present/arrayed, as part of the broader description of forces in the Bhīṣma Parva war setting.
