शरैर्घातयतु क्षिप्रं समन््ताद् भरतर्षभ | भरतश्रेष्ठ] इसी अवसरका लाभ लेकर पाण्डुपुत्र अर्जुन मुझे चारों ओरसे शीघ्रतापूर्वक बाणोंद्वारा मार डालनेका प्रयत्न करे
śarair ghātayatu kṣipraṃ samantād bharatarṣabha |
Bhīṣma berkata: “Wahai yang terbaik di antara keturunan Bharata, biarlah ia dengan cepat menjatuhkanku dengan panah dari segala arah.”
