Ulūpī’s Disclosure and the Saṃjīvana-Maṇi: Arjuna’s Restoration (उलूपी-प्रकटनं संजीवनमणि-स्थापनं च)
कर्मणा तेन पापेन पतेथा निरये ध्रुवम् । “उसकी शान्ति किये बिना ही यदि आप प्राणोंका परित्याग करते तो उस पापकर्मके प्रभावसे निश्चय ही नरकमें पड़ते
karmaṇā tena pāpena pateṭhā niraye dhruvam |
Arjuna berkata: “Karena perbuatan dosa itu, engkau pasti akan jatuh ke neraka. Seandainya engkau meninggalkan nyawa tanpa lebih dahulu berdamai dan menebus kesalahan itu, maka akibat moral dari perbuatan tersebut akan menyeretmu menuju nasib yang mengerikan.”
