एवं तव प्रपश्यामि श्रेयो भूगुकुलोद्वह | आगच्छतो हि ते विप्र भवेन्मृत्युर्न संशय:,भगुकुलभूषण विप्र! ऐसा करनेमें ही मैं आपकी भलाई देखता हूँ। यदि आयेंगे तो आपकी मृत्यु हो जायगी। इसमें संशय नहीं है
evaṁ tava prapaśyāmi śreyo bhṛgukulodvaha | āgacchato hi te vipra bhaven mṛtyur na saṁśayaḥ ||
Wahai yang utama dari garis Bhṛgu, demikianlah aku melihat apa yang sungguh baik bagimu. Sebab jika engkau datang ke sini, wahai brāhmaṇa, maut pasti menimpamu—tanpa keraguan.
