Brahmopadeśa on Saṃnyāsa, Tapas, and Jñāna (ब्रह्मोपदेशः—संन्यासतपोज्ञानविमर्शः)
The verse points to Brahman as transcendent and unconditioned—beyond the guṇas and beyond mental grasp—yet approached through the discipline and support of Vedic knowledge and true learning.
Vāyu is speaking and characterizing the nature of Brahman, shifting the focus from external action to inner realization and the ethical-spiritual aim of knowledge: seeing the supreme reality as beyond limiting attributes.
