राजा अविक्षित् मन, वाणी, क्रिया, इन्द्रियसंयम और मनोनिग्रहके द्वारा प्रजाजनोंका चित्त संतुष्ट किये रहते थे
rājā avikṣit manasā vācā kriyayā indriya-saṃyamena ca mano-nigraheṇa prajājanānāṃ cittaṃ santuṣṭaṃ kurvan nityaṃ tiṣṭhati sma
Raja Avikṣit senantiasa menenteramkan hati rakyatnya dengan disiplin batin: mengendalikan pikiran, menata ucapan dengan benar dan terukur, menegakkan perbuatan yang lurus, menahan indria, serta menundukkan diri batiniah dengan teguh.
