Arjuna–Vāsudeva framed dialogue
इत्युक्त:ः स कुरुश्रेष्ठ गुरुणा गुरुवत्सल: । प्राउजलि: परिपप्रच्छ यत्तच्छूणु महामते
ity uktaḥ sa kuruśreṣṭha guruṇā guruvatsalaḥ | prāñjaliḥ paripapraccha yat tac chṛṇu mahāmate ||
Setelah demikian ditegur oleh gurunya, sang utama di antara kaum Kuru—yang senantiasa berbakti kepada guru—menangkupkan tangan dengan hormat lalu mengajukan pertanyaan lagi. Wahai yang berhikmat agung, dengarkan apa yang ia tanyakan.
