ऑपन-माज बक। डे पजञ्चत्रिशोड्ध्याय: श्रीकृष्णके द्वारा अर्जुनसे मोक्ष-धर्मका वर्णन--गुरु और शिष्यके संवादमे ब्रह्मा और महर्षियोंके प्रश्नोत्तर अजुन उवाच ब्रह्म यत्परमं ज्ञेयं तन््मे व्याख्यातुमरहसि । भवतो हि प्रसादेन सूक्ष्मे मे रमते मति:
arjuna uvāca | brahma yat paramaṃ jñeyaṃ tan me vyākhyātum arhasi | bhavato hi prasādena sūkṣme me ramate matiḥ ||
Arjuna berkata: “Wahai Bhagavan, jelaskanlah kepadaku Brahman yang tertinggi, yang menjadi objek pengetahuan paling utama. Berkat anugerah-Mu, pikiranku kini bersukacita dalam penyelidikan yang halus; maka ajarkanlah hakikat Realitas Tertinggi yang patut diketahui.”
