प्रेषयामास स नरान्‌ विधिज्ञानाप्तकारिण: । गड़द्वारं नरश्रेष्ठो यत्र दग्धो5भवन्नूप:

preṣayāmāsa sa narān vidhijñānāptakāriṇaḥ | gaṅgādvāraṃ naraśreṣṭho yatra dagdho 'bhavannūpaḥ ||

Waiśampāyana berkata: Sang insan terbaik, Yudhiṣṭhira, mengutus orang-orang yang memahami tata upacara dan cakap melaksanakan kewajiban menuju Gaṅgādvāra—gerbang suci Gaṅgā—tempat Raja Nūpa dahulu pernah terbakar.
