Cyavana’s Yogic Display and Kuśika’s Recognition of Tapas (च्यवन-योगप्रभावः कुशिकस्य तपःप्रशंसा च)
च्यवन उवाच राजन् नाहंम्यहं कोटिं भूयो वापि महाद्युते । सदृशं दीयतां मूल्यं ब्राह्मणैः सह चिन्तय
cyavana uvāca rājann nāhamya-haṁ koṭiṁ bhūyo vāpi mahādyute | sadṛśaṁ dīyatāṁ mūlyaṁ brāhmaṇaiḥ saha cintaya ||
Cyavana berkata, “Wahai Raja, wahai yang bercahaya perkasa! Aku bukanlah sesuatu yang dapat dijual seharga satu krore—atau bahkan lebih. Berikanlah hanya tebusan yang sepadan, dan musyawarahkanlah hal ini bersama para Brahmana.”
