रुद्र-स्तवराजः (Rudra-Stavarāja) — Exempla of Śiva’s Boons and the Hymn’s Phalaśruti
एवमन्ये विकुर्वन्ति देवा: संसारमोचनम् । मनुष्याणामृते देवं नान्या शक्तिस्तपोबलम्
evam anye vikurvanti devāḥ saṃsāramocanam | manuṣyāṇām ṛte devaṃ nānyā śaktis tapobalam ||
Demikian pula para dewa yang lain membebaskan diri dari belenggu saṃsāra dengan memuji Sang Tuhan. Sebab bagi manusia, selain berlindung kepada Yang Ilahi—Mahādeva—tiada kekuatan lain, tiada daya yang lahir dari tapa, yang dapat menganugerahkan pelepasan dari saṃsāra.
