६१५ धन्वन्तरि:--महावैद्य धन्वन्तरिरूप
dhanvantariḥ mahāvaidyaḥ, dhūmaketuḥ agnisvarūpaḥ, skandaḥ svāmī-kārtikeyasvarūpaḥ, vaiśravaṇaḥ kuberasvarūpaḥ, dhātā sarva-dhāraṇakartā, śakraḥ indrasvarūpaḥ, viṣṇuḥ sarvavyāpī nārāyaṇaḥ, mitraḥ dvādaśādityeṣu ekaḥ, tvaṣṭā prajāpati-viśvakarmā, dhruvaḥ nityasvarūpaḥ, dharaḥ aṣṭavasuṣu ekaḥ; prabhāvaḥ—sarvago vāyur aryamā savitā raviḥ, uṣaḍguḥ vidhātā ca māndhātā bhūtabhāvanaḥ.
Vāyu-dewa menyatakan: Sang Tuhan adalah Dhanvantari, tabib agung; Dhūmaketu, wujud api; Skanda, Karttikeya sendiri; dan Vaiśravaṇa, yakni Kubera. Ia Dhātṛ, penopang segala; Śakra, Indra; Viṣṇu, Nārāyaṇa yang meresapi semuanya; Mitra dan Aryaman di antara para Āditya; Tvaṣṭṛ, sang perajin kosmis; Dhruva, asas yang tetap dan kekal; serta Dhara di antara para Vasu. Dan inilah prabhāva-Nya: Ia Angin yang meliputi segala; Ia Savitṛ dan Ravi, Sang Surya; Ia yang berkilaunya membakar; Ia Sang Penetap yang menegakkan dan memelihara makhluk; Ia pemberi kepuasan; Ia pula Bhūtabhāvana—sumber dan pemelihara semua yang bernyawa.
वायुदेव उवाच
The verse teaches the unity of the supreme divine reality expressed through many names and functions—healing, fire, wealth, sovereignty, craftsmanship, solar vitality, and cosmic sustenance—implying that dharma is upheld when one recognizes the single sustaining power behind diverse manifestations.
Vāyu-deva is speaking a hymn-like enumeration of divine names (nāma/guṇa-kīrtana), identifying the praised deity with major Vedic and Purāṇic gods and cosmic principles, thereby magnifying the deity’s all-pervading presence and beneficent governance of the world.
