ततः स लब्ध्वा तां भार्या वरुणं प्राह धर्मवित् । उतथ्य: सुमहातेजा यत् तच्छुणु नराधिप,“नरेश्वर! अपनी उस पत्नीको पाकर महातेजस्वी धर्मज्ञ उतथ्यने वरुणसे जो कुछ कहा, वह सुनो
tataḥ sa labdhvā tāṃ bhāryāṃ varuṇaṃ prāha dharmavit | utathyaḥ sumahātejā yat tac chṛṇu narādhipa ||
Kemudian, setelah mendapatkan kembali istrinya, Utathya yang mengetahui dharma dan bercahaya agung berbicara kepada Varuṇa. “Wahai raja, dengarkan apa yang ia katakan.”
