Shloka 3
ते पूज्यास्ते नमस्कार्या वर्तेथास्तेषु पुत्रवत् । ते हि लोकानिमान् सर्वान् धारयन्ति मनीषिण:
te pūjyās te namaskāryā varte thās teṣu putravat | te hi lokān imān sarvān dhārayanti manīṣiṇaḥ ||
Mereka itulah yang patut dihormati; mereka itulah yang patut disalami. Bersikaplah kepada mereka sebagaimana seorang putra berbudi bersikap kepada ayahnya; sebab para Brahmana yang bijaksana menopang dan memelihara semua dunia ini.
