तस्मात्‌ सद्धि्न वक्तव्यं कस्यचित्‌ किंचिदग्रत: । सूक्ष्मा गतिर्ि धर्मस्य दुर्ज्ञेया ह्कृतात्मभि:

Transliteration

tasmāt saddhiṁ vaktavyaṁ kasyacit kiṁcid agrataḥ | sūkṣmā gatir hi dharmasya durjñeyā hy akṛtātmabhiḥ ||

Translation

Karena itu, orang bijak tidak sepatutnya tergesa-gesa memberi ajaran kepada sembarang orang di hadapan orang lain. Jalan dharma amat halus; dan bagi mereka yang batinnya belum ditundukkan serta disucikan, sangat sukar menangkap apa yang sungguh dituntut oleh dharma.
