वंशानुकीर्तनम् — Genealogical Recitation from Dakṣa to Yayāti and the Establishment of the Paurava Line

विहगैनदितं पुष्पैरलंकृतमतीव च । सर्वर्तुकुसुमैर्वक्षै: सुखच्छायै: समावृतम्‌

vihagair naditaṃ puṣpair alaṅkṛtam atīva ca | sarvartukusumair vṛkṣaiḥ sukhacchāyaiḥ samāvṛtam ||

Ke segala arah tempat itu bergema oleh kicau burung. Hutan itu amat dihiasi oleh aneka bunga. Di sekelilingnya terbentang pepohonan yang berbunga pada setiap musim, menaungi dengan teduh yang sejuk dan menenteramkan.
