tato vāyur mahāghoṣaḥ kṣobhayan sarvasāgarān | viyatstho janayan meghāj jaladhārāsamākulān ||
Kemudian angin dahsyat yang mengaum keras mulai bertiup. Mengguncang semua samudra hingga bergelora, ia naik ke angkasa dan menimbulkan awan-awan pekat yang sarat dengan tirai-tirai hujan deras.
वैशम्पायन उवाच
