Vasiṣṭhasya śokaḥ, Vipāśā–Śatadrū-nāmākaraṇam, Kalmāṣapādasya bhaya-prasaṅgaḥ (Ādi Parva 167)
स च पुत्रो महावीर्यो महातेजा महाबल: । इष्यते यद्विधो राजन् भविता ते तथाविध:
sa ca putro mahāvīryo mahātejā mahābalaḥ | iṣyate yadvidho rājan bhavitā te tathāvidhaḥ ||
Ia berkata: “Wahai Raja, putra yang engkau kehendaki dari yajña ini akan dianugerahkan kepadamu persis demikian. Ia akan menjadi putra yang amat gagah, bercahaya dalam wibawa, dan besar kekuatannya.”
