शिव ओवेर्चोमेस् विष्णु हरिस्तद्दर्शनादेव विनष्टबलविक्रमः बिभ्रद् और्म्यं सहस्रांशोर् अधः खद्योतविभ्रमम्
Śiva overcomes Viṣṇu haristaddarśanādeva vinaṣṭabalavikramaḥ bibhrad aurmyaṃ sahasrāṃśor adhaḥ khadyotavibhramam
Śiva melampaui Viṣṇu. Hari, hanya oleh penglihatan itu saja, lenyaplah kekuatan dan kepahlawanannya; cahaya matahari bersinar seribu seakan jatuh ke bawah menjadi sekadar kerlip kunang-kunang—demikianlah ia hanya membawa sinar yang beriak dan lemah.

It presents Śiva’s darśana as the power that reduces even cosmic authority to humility—supporting Linga-worship as surrender to Pati, whose presence alone dissolves pride and restores right orientation for the pashu (soul).
Śiva-tattva is shown as unsurpassable tejas (transcendent radiance) and lordship: compared to the sun against a firefly, indicating that all limited powers are secondary before the Supreme Pati.
The implied practice is darśana-bhakti and ego-kṣaya (dissolution of pride) as a prerequisite for Pāśupata orientation—approaching Śiva/Liṅga with humility so the bonds (pāśa) loosen through grace (anugraha).
