उमामहेश्वरव्रतं—पञ्चाक्षरमन्त्रस्य माहात्म्यं, न्यासः, जपविधिः, सदाचारः, विनियोगः

विभीतकार्ककारञ्जस्नुहिच्छायां न चाश्रयेत् स्तंभदीपमनुष्याणाम् अन्येषां प्राणिनां तथा

Transliteration

vibhītakārkakārañjasnuhicchāyāṃ na cāśrayet staṃbhadīpamanuṣyāṇām anyeṣāṃ prāṇināṃ tathā

Translation

Jangan berlindung di bawah naungan pohon vibhītaka, ārka, karañja, atau snuhi. Demikian pula jangan bersandar pada tiang, lampu, manusia, maupun makhluk hidup lainnya.
