युगाक्षकोटिसम्बद्धौ द्वौ रश्मी स्यन्दनस्य तु ध्रुवेण भ्रमते रश्मिनिबद्धः स युगाक्षयोः

Transliteration

yugākṣakoṭisambaddhau dvau raśmī syandanasya tu dhruveṇa bhramate raśminibaddhaḥ sa yugākṣayoḥ

Translation

Dua sinar pada kereta Surya terikat pada ujung-ujung palang kuk. Terikat oleh sinar-sinar itu, ia berputar mengelilingi Dhruva, seakan ditahan oleh ujung kuk—demikianlah gerak jagat berlangsung menurut tatanan yang ditetapkan.
