विष्णुरुवाच—एकाक्षर-प्रणव-लिङ्ग-व्याप्ति-शिवस्तोत्रम्
कनकाङ्गदहाराय नमः सर्पोपवीतिने सर्पकुण्डलमालाय कटिसूत्रीकृताहिने
kanakāṅgadahārāya namaḥ sarpopavītine sarpakuṇḍalamālāya kaṭisūtrīkṛtāhine
Salam bakti kepada Dia yang mengenakan gelang lengan dan kalung emas; salam kepada Tuhan yang menjadikan ular sebagai yajñopavīta. Kepada Dia yang anting dan untaian kalungnya berupa ular, dan yang menjadikan ular sebagai ikat pinggang di pinggang—namah kepada Śiva.
