hrīṃ śrīṃ nivṛttyādi kalā pṛthivyāditattva manantādibhuvanamoṅkārādivarṇam / hakārādinavātmakapadaḥ sadyodātādimantraḥ hrāṃ hṛdayādyaṅgaḥ / evaṃ mantramaheśvara siddhavidyātmakaḥ parāmṛtārṇavaḥ sarvabhūto diksamastaṣaḍaṅgaḥ sadāśivārṇavapayaḥ pūrṇodadhipakṣaśrīmānāspadātmakaḥ vidyomāpūrṇajñatvakartṛtvalakṣaṇajyeṣṭhācakrarudraśaktyātmakakarṇi kaḥ / navaśaktiśivādibhirmūlamaṇḍalatrayakujātmakotpannāpadmāsanapādukāṃ pūjayāmi namaḥ
Hrīṃ Śrīṃ—mantra ini memuat kalā mulai Nivṛtti, tattva mulai Pṛthvī, bhuwana mulai Ananta, serta aksara mulai Oṃ; ia adalah rumusan sembilan-bentuk berawal ‘ha’, mantra berawal Sadyojāta, dan ‘hrāṃ’ sebagai jantung beserta anggota-anggota (ṣaḍaṅga). Demikian Mahēśvara sebagai mantra, berhakikat vidyā yang sempurna, tampak sebagai samudra nektar tertinggi; meresapi semua makhluk, dengan enam anggota meluas ke segala penjuru; sebagai lautan sari Sadāśiva, tumpuan mulia keluasan samudra yang penuh; sebagai karṇikā yang tersusun dari Vidyā, kepenuhan laksana langit, kemahatahuan dan daya-bertindak sempurna, bertanda cakra Jyeṣṭhā berwujud Rudra-Śakti. Dengan sembilan Śakti dan rupa-rupa bermula Śiva—lahir dari akar dan tiga maṇḍala—aku memuja padmāsana serta pādukā itu; namah.
