Transliteration

śiro 'bhyaṅgācchirājanmayūkālikhyāḥ kṣayaṃ nayet / navadagdhaṃ śaṅkhacūrṇaṃ ghṛṣṭasīsakalepitam

Translation

Dengan pijat minyak pada kepala, kutu dan telurnya yang timbul di kulit kepala menjadi musnah. Oleskan bubuk cangkang kerang (śaṅkha) yang baru dikalsinasi, dicampur timah yang digosok, sebagai pasta.
