Dengan pasta (kalka) ini, masing-masing seukuran satu karṣa, masaklah satu prastha ghee menjadi ghṛta obat. Ini ditujukan bagi yang bungkuk, kerdil, pincang, tuli, cacat, serta penderita kuṣṭha (penyakit kulit).
