Kṛṣṇa Comforts His Parents, Restores Ugrasena, Studies with Sāndīpani, and Returns the Guru’s Son
Lord Kṛṣṇa again assures Ugrasena that he should confidently take the throne.
This verse states that even the demigods bow and offer tribute in a context centered on Kṛṣṇa’s service and presence, highlighting the supremacy of devotion connected to Him.
Kṛṣṇa is emphasizing Uddhava’s exalted position and the extraordinary respect he commands due to his intimate connection and service to Kṛṣṇa, setting the tone for Kṛṣṇa’s confidential instructions.
Adopt the mood of being a servant (bhṛtya) in relationships and spiritual practice—serve sincerely without demanding honor, trusting that true respect naturally follows genuine devotion.
