Sukta 3
षष्ट्यां शरत्सु निधिपा अभीच्छात् स्वःऽ पक्वेनाभ्यश्नवातै । उपैनं जीवान् पितरश्च पुत्रा एतं स्वर्गं गमयान्तमग्नेः
ṣaṣṭyā́ṃ śarátsu nidhípā abhī́cchāt svàḥ pakvénā́bhy aśnavātai | upáinaṃ jīvā́n pitáraś ca putrā́ etáṃ svargáṃ gamayā́ntam agnéḥ
In the sixtieth autumns may the guardians of the treasure desire him; with ripened gain may he attain unto heaven. Let the living, and the Fathers, and the sons draw near to him—this one whom Agni is leading onward to the heavenly world.
Pada musim gugur yang keenam puluh, semoga para penjaga harta (nidhi-pā) menghendaki dia; dengan perolehan yang telah masak, semoga ia mencapai svah. Semoga yang hidup, para Pitṛ (leluhur), dan para putra mendekat kepadanya—dia yang sedang dituntun Agni menuju dunia surgawi, svarga.
