अन्यैरमात्यगुणैरयुक्ता ह्येते ॥ कZ_०१.८.१५ ॥
Transliteration
anyair amātyaguṇair ayuktā hy ete
Translation
Sebab mereka (para pelaksana tugas ini) mungkin masih tidak memiliki sifat-sifat lain yang diperlukan bagi seorang menteri.
